Meet Dr. Jack Erickson, D.C.
Dr. Jack grew up in Farmington, Minnesota with sports being a huge part of his life. After an injury, he refrained from playing sports in college. Still very passionate about athletics, he attended Winona State University and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science. He then went on to train hockey players from youth to Pro. After a year, he decided to continue his education and graduated from Northwestern Health Sciences where he received his Doctor of Chiropractic. He has served patients and athletes from the south metro for the past year. He has received training in various techniques including Graston, cupping, advanced myofascial release and kinesiology taping.
Dr. Jack first believes that if you move, you are an athlete. Second to that is movement is medicine. He strives to give patients the best care possible integrating multiple modalities and techniques of care tailored specifically to the individual. Whether your goal is performance, rehab, or “pain” related, we are here to help you achieve those goals and even exceed your own expectations.
In his free time Dr. Jack likes to stay active, golf, fish and be in the great outdoors whatever the season. He also enjoys watching the Minnesota Vikings, Wild, and Twins, even though that can be tough sometimes.
